Boss White Cake Mix is perfectly moist and ideal as the base for your cake creations!
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, Wheaten Flour, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa Powder (6%), Thickener (1422), Dried Egg Powder, Baking Powder (Mineral Salts (500, 541, 341)), Salt.
Contains Egg and Gluten. Milk may be present.
RECIPE: (Per Kilo of cake Mix)
1KG Cake Mix | 450ml Water | 75ml Vegetable Oil | 50ml Egg
METHOD: (Batter is sufficient for an 8 round x 4 high cake).
1. Blend oil, water, eggs and cake mix together on low speed for 1 min, scrape down.
2. Mix on medium speed for a further 3 mins.
3. Bake at 160c for approximately 1 hour or until baked.
(Temperature & times may vary depending on oven).
Store unused cake mix in a cool dry place.
