Royal Icing is milled for fine piping work, has extra strength for extension and trellis work, it is super smooth for coating, and easy to colour and flavour. Perfect for decorating all your baked treats!
DIRECTIONS: Per 500g batch, sift 500g powder into mixing bowl. Add 75ml water. Beat until required consistency is achieved or mix on low speed in a mixer for 1 or 2 minutes (don’t use food processor). If mixture becomes too thick, add a small amount of water and mix again to reach required consistency.
STORAGE: Store in a refrigerator in an airtight container.
